Steve is the owner of Steve Leath Photography and is based in Monument, Colorado.  

Steve’s photographic interests pursue grand natural vistas which include both daytime and nighttime opportunities.  Mountains, deserts, and seas captured during optimum daytime conditions in addition to captivating nightscapes of the stars and Milky Way galaxy.

When not out in the great outdoors, Steve’s images gravitate to more simplistic and geometric inspirations where shape, composition, light and shadow are the key inspirations.  These images range from architectural in theme to stark and moody.

Steve considers his greatest works to be his children who he enjoys spending time with regularly as well as his two granddaughters.  While Steve does not do portrait work routinely, his granddaughters find themselves in front of his camera lens consistently.
